The Hallelujah Diet®

Breakfast
Upon rising, take one serving of BarleyMax®, either in capsule or powder form. (Take the powder dry, dissolving it in the mouth, or mix it in a few ounces of distilled water at room temperature or carrot/vegetable juice.) Do not have any cooked food or foods containing fiber at this meal as these hinder the cleansing process while the body eliminates accumulated toxins.

Mid-Morning
Drink an eight-ounce glass of fresh carrot/vegetable juice. If fresh juice is not available, a serving of CarrotJuiceMax or BeetMax, or a piece of juicy, fresh fruit is second best.

Lunch
Before lunch, have another serving of BarleyMax®. Thirty minutes later, eat either a raw vegetable salad or raw fruit lunch. Limit your fruit consumption to 15% or less of total daily food intake. Lunch is also an all-raw meal, as cooked food is typically limited to the evening meal on The Hallelujah Diet®. (If you have cooked food at lunch, make sure dinner is an all-raw meal to maintain the benefits of The Hallelujah Diet®.)

Mid-Afternoon
Drink an eight-ounce glass of fresh carrot/vegetable juice. If fresh juice is not available, a serving of CarrotJuiceMax or BeetMax, or some carrot or celery sticks are second best.

Supper
Before supper, have another serving of BarleyMax®. Thirty minutes later, eat a LARGE green salad comprised of leaf lettuce along with a variety of vegetables. (Do not use head lettuce as it has very little nutritional value.) After the salad comes the only cooked food of the day  the 15% cooked food portion that is allowed on The Hallelujah Diet®. This can be a baked potato, brown rice, legumes, steamed veggies, whole grain pasta, a veggie sandwich on whole grain bread, baked sweet potato, squash, or any other type of whole grain or vegetable. (If desired, Lunch and Supper can be switched, but only one meal should contain cooked food on any given day.)

Evening
If desired, a piece of juicy, fresh fruit or a glass of freshly extracted apple or pear juice may be consumed.
